Dear yogis and yoginis,
I hope you all enjoyed last Friday’s full moon in Cancer (and solar eclipse) – following Cancer’s energy (my own sun sign) I took time out to nurture myself, resting lots and I am feeling a lot better now and so the yoga schedule is back on!
7:30pm – Level 1 Beginners Yoga
7pm – Level 2 Improvers Yoga
8:30am – Pranayama and Meditation
10am – Community Yoga
11am – Open Level Yoga
Wednesday evening Level 2 class is now moved to Tuesday, same time, 7pm.

For anyone wanting to learn Yoga from scratch or revisit the basics of Yoga – this course will take place at The Glass House all Saturdays in February at 9.30am. Spaces are very limited so book yours now here!

Yoga Nidra translates as ‘the yogic sleep’ – a deep state of consciousness when we are neither asleep nor awake but experience total physical, mental and emotional relaxation. Even a short nidra can completely nourish and refresh the mind and body.
