Dear yogis and yoginis,
Due to the highly contagious nature of Coronavirus, here are some points to consider before / when coming to class:
– If you are feeling unwell with cold / flu symptoms please do not attend class – I will be introducing live streaming in my classes at some point next week for those who may need to stay home or feel uneasy coming to class
– Bring your own mat if you have one. Mats at the studio are cleaned and disinfected after each class, but it is always better to bring your own if you can
– You will be asked to thoroughly wash your hands before and after class. There is also an antiviral spray for you to use. This will keep you and others safe
– There are some great antiviral essential oils we will be using at the studio, bergamot and eucalyptus are antiviral in vapour form and tea tree and cinnamon leaf in liquid form
– And last but not least, do not panic! Keep doing yoga and take your vitamins: zinc and vitamin C are great immune system boosters while stress and anxiety will only weaken your immune response. Drink lots of water and make sure you are well rested.
