Dear yogis and yoginis,
Another week of sunshine when we are having to stay indoors, the irony of things… Or perhaps just another challenge. This week we have a Sun-Saturn square on Tuesday which may be a little patience-testing as Saturn is the planet of limitations and boundaries. My best advice? Don’t fight it, just let go and allow for those possible delays, let go of all resistance and chill out. Especially as this square is followed by a new moon in Taurus on Wednesday – mega-chill times! Taurus is a fixed, Earth, feminine sign, ruled by Venus, planet of beauty and sensuality. So think of letting go, enjoying the darkness of the black moon tonight and use this time to pamper yourself, do something creative – painting, dancing, writing… whatever calls you. Oh and, before I forget, keep connecting with nature. This time of the year everything is blossoming – Venus – so go get some flowers (potted if possible!) and bring nature into your home. Smell the flowers everyday and get that magical beautifully scented prana into your system… Bliss!

1 – 1.30pm – Lunchtime Yoga
7 – 8.15pm – Yoga Level 2, Improvers
Wednesday:
9-9.30am – Rise and Shine Yoga – NEW CLASS!
10 – 11.15am – Slow Flow Yoga
Thursday:
1 – 1:30pm – Lunchtime Yoga
Saturday:
11am – 12.15pm – Open Level Yoga
