Emma is a fully qualified yoga instructor (over 500 hours training with the British Wheel of Yoga) and has trained with world-renowned teachers such as Shiva Rea, Alan Finger and Richard Freeman.
As an ex-dancer, she has a passion choreographing movement, breath and the human body into her yoga classes.
It is not just the asana (posture) that matters, but the path to it, the transitions marked by the breath are as important as the final pose. Expect a journey led by breath that will leave you rejuvenated, calm and content.
Always creative in her approach to teaching and life in general, her empathetic personality makes her an innate teacher.
