Complete Beginners Course

Yoga is a fantastic tool for your wellbeing.

When practising yoga you will consciously blend movement and breath, activating the parasympathetic (calming) nervous system. The benefits of yoga are endless: as the body moves through transitions and postures and you learn to breathe more fully and mindfully, you will feel more grounded and rejuvenated as there is a better flow through the different body systems.

This 5 week course will guide you through the basic foundations of yoga in a small group of maximum 5 students, so you get all the attention you deserve.
